Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. 

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Deposits required for parties and special event bookings. Deposits count toward the total cost of items ordered for the event, but are non=refundable should you cancel the order. 
• Current deposit for orders of one cake and up to 4 dozen cupcakes is $50, with remainder due two weeks before the event date. Deposit and fees are subject to change.
• Deposit for orders larger than 4 dozen cupcakes require 50% deposit on booking to secure the event date, and the remaining 50% due two weeks before the event. Partial payments up to the date the amount in full is required are accepted. Deposit and fee structure is subject to change.
• Most standard orders require one month notice. Larger orders are subject to additional time for preparing. 
• All photos and materials are my own. Use of such is subject to copyright law. Proper attribution is required. 
• I will NOT create any custom orders that promote hate,  racism, bigotry, defame or harm anyone.
